Caller information — such as name, phone number, appointment details, and conversation summaries — may be securely stored inside the client's dashboard and our backend systems to support these purposes.
You should only use the service if you consent to this processing where consent is required by applicable law. Where applicable, businesses using our service are responsible for informing their own callers that calls may be answered by AI and recorded.
