Our Services

Services, including our AI receptionist, dashboard, and website setup, are provided by Castillo Solutions.

Third-Party Providers

To deliver portions of our service, Castillo Solutions utilizes third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Retell AI (AI calling), Cal.com (scheduling), Firebase (data storage), and Vercel (hosting).

Temporary interruptions, downtime, or errors caused by these third-party providers are outside Castillo Solutions' direct control. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of features that depend on these providers.

Automated Services

The AI receptionist generates automated responses and books appointments using automated systems. While these features are designed to be reliable, they are not guaranteed to be error-free.

Customers remain responsible for verifying appointments, pricing, scheduling, and any information provided to callers. We recommend reviewing automated bookings and details to ensure accuracy.

Subscription

Our services are subscription based and billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.

14-Day Free Trial

The 14-day free trial applies only once per business. After the trial period ends, standard subscription billing applies unless the service is cancelled.

Pricing and Service Changes

Pricing and the services we offer may change in the future. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any material changes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for their own business decisions and for their communications with their customers. Our tools are intended to support your business, not replace your judgment.

Limitation of Liability

Castillo Solutions is not responsible for losses caused by internet outages, third-party services, customer errors, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Ending the Service

Either party may end the service according to the agreement in place at the time.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated over time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
